ESAF Brings “Values in Action” to Life During Banking on Values Week 2025

From 1 to 6 December, ESAF Small Finance Bank marked ESAF Banking on Values Week 2025 under the theme “Values in Action.” The initiative highlighted the Bank’s continued commitment to values-based banking and its role in advancing a more inclusive and sustainable financial system.

Throughout the week, ESAF reinforced key principles such as a triple bottom line approach focused on people, planet and prosperity, strong engagement with the real economy, a client-centric philosophy grounded in dignity and trust, transparency and accountability, and long-term resilience driven by a values-based culture.

The observance reflected the shared vision of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV), demonstrating how member institutions translate Banking on Values principles into meaningful action across their organisations and communities.
