BancoSol certified Top Employer 2026 for second consecutive year
BancoSol has been certified as a Top Employer 2026 by the Top Employers Institute for the second year in a row, reinforcing its leadership in people management within Bolivia’s financial sector.
The bank achieved an overall score of 82.45% in the latest evaluation, seven points higher than the previous year, with particularly strong results in people strategy and leadership, as well as well-being, diversity and inclusion. The certification recognises organisations that meet the highest international standards in human resources practices.
As the largest employer in Bolivia’s private financial system, with more than 4,400 employees nationwide, BancoSol said the recognition reflects its commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces, continuous development and responsible leadership.
