Triodos Bank has been ranked 7th in the Inspiring Workplaces Awards Europe, making it the highest-ranking bank in the Top 30. The awards honour organisations that put people at the heart of how they work, with hundreds of organisations considered across categories including culture, wellbeing, leadership, and employee voice.
Triodos was recognised as best-in-class for culture and purpose, with judges describing it as "an example for many others" and a place "where culture is lived rather than declared."
For a bank with nearly 2,000 co-workers across five European countries, the recognition reflects something Triodos has long believed: that a values-driven mission and an inspiring workplace are not separate ambitions, they are the same one.
