LABORAL Kutxa named a wellbeing leader for the third consecutive year
LABORAL Kutxa has been recognised as one of the TOP 50 Wellbeing Companies for the third year running, an award presented at the Wellbeing Summit 2026 in Madrid on 16 June, one of the leading events in occupational health and corporate wellbeing.
The recognition acknowledges best practices in emotional, physical, nutritional, and social wellbeing, reflecting a commitment that runs through LABORAL Kutxa's organisational culture rather than sitting apart from it. At the event, Nuria Agirre, Director of People and Resources, joined a roundtable on holistic health in organisations, sharing how the bank integrates healthy habits, leadership, and trust into its everyday working environment.
The recognition is closely tied to ZAINDUZ, LABORAL Kutxa's wellbeing programme, built on a simple belief: when wellbeing becomes culture, work becomes care.
