BancoSol recognised as Bolivia's leading company in financial innovation for 2026

GABV member BancoSol has been named the Leading Company of Financial Innovation in Bolivia 2026 by Revista Emprendimientos Bolivia, recognised for its development of altokebo, a 100% Bolivian digital payments app.

altokebo allows users to make digital payments and collections via QR, pay for services, manage their finances, and digitise the traditional "vaquita" savings method through its Pagamos Juntos feature. The app also offers a dedicated savings account for young people aged 13 to 17, and supports international QR payments in Argentina and Brazil — expanding digital financial access beyond Bolivia's borders.

The recognition reflects BancoSol's continued commitment to financial innovation in service of Bolivian businesses and communities.
