
Bank Australia wins two awards in the Money Magazine Consumer Finance Awards 2024
Bank Australia has been named Customer-Owned Institution of the Year and Bank of the year - Customer service at the Money Magazine Australia Consumer Finance Awards 2024.
To choose the winners, Money developed a readership questionnaire to find out from subscribers which banks they used and how they rated them for products and features, customer service and more. The life insurance awards research was conducted by Rainmaker Information in partnership with Plan For Life.
The winner for the Customer-owned Institution of the Year must have the highest overall composite rating scores across product and features, customer service and digital experience. Only national ull-service customer-owned banks were eligible to win this premier award.
The Bank of the Year award in the Customer Service category is for the banking provider that achieved the highest overall ratings for customer service.
