GLS Bank is voted Bank of the Year 2022

GLS Bank has been voted Bank of the Year by satisfied bank customers for the 13th time. In the new customer survey by n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality in 2022, the bank took first place both among the specialist banks and in the overall ranking.

A total of 11,318 bank customers voted. The customers of sustainable banks were particularly satisfied. In the specialist banks category, the four largest and most well-known sustainable German banks occupy the first four places - well ahead of other specialist banks. GLS Bank also occupies top positions in all other categories that apply to it.

GLS Bank customers are very willing to recommend their bank to others. "This is certainly due to the fact that they realize how much they can move with their membership deposits," says GLS Bank CEO Thomas Jorberg.
