EastRise Credit Union appoints Robert Miller as President and CEO
EastRise Credit Union has appointed Robert Miller as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective 8 June 2026, following the retirement of long-serving CEO John Dwyer.
Miller, who currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, was selected after a national search for his leadership experience and strong alignment with the credit union’s values and mission.
He brings extensive industry experience, including nearly a decade as CEO of VSECU, as well as previous roles in banking, investment management, and public service with the Vermont Department of Economic Development.
In his new role, Miller emphasised the importance of maintaining a relationship-first approach while adapting to a rapidly evolving financial services landscape. He also highlighted the role of organisational culture in delivering strong member outcomes and community impact.
