The Confederation of Business of Bizkaia (CEBEK) recognises Laboral Kutxa's equality strategy

The Bizkaia Business Confederation (CEBEK) awarded LABORAL Kutxa the “Bardin Saria” (“Equality Price” in euskera) prize in recognition of its strong commitment to equality as a core element of its management model and competitiveness. The award highlights the organisation’s efforts to create diverse and equitable workplaces where people’s development is central.
The jury valued LABORAL Kutxa’s “Shared Leadership” strategy, launched after a reflection process in 2017. This long-term approach is based on three pillars:
- Personal transformation through empowerment workshops for women and equality training for men
- Collective action via its Equality Network
- Leadership redefinition, balancing efficiency with empathy and active listening
