LABORAL Kutxa is recognised for its commitment to equal opportunities

FEDEPE (Spanish Federation of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs) has recognised LABORAL Kutxa for its commitment to equal opportunities.

The 2025 ceremony took place at the Ateneo de Madrid, led by Equality Minister Ana Redondo, with FEDEPE president Ana Bujaldón speaking.

After receiving the award, LABORAL Kutxa’s president thanked the jury, congratulated the other awardees, and stressed that diversity and gender equality are essential for balanced, inclusive, and representative decision-making.

Quoting José María Arizmendiarrieta’s idea that “there is always another step to take,” he reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to inclusion, ensuring equal access for all. He concluded that the award is not an end goal, but a motivation to keep building inclusive banking based on values that help transform society.
