The First MicroFinance Bank-Tajikistan Celebrates its 20th Anniversary!

This year, the First MicroFinance Bank-Tajikistan (FMFB-T) celebrates its 20th anniversary.  Over the years, the bank has become a trusted partner for hundreds of thousands of Tajik citizens, helping them improve their quality of life.

Established in 2003 as Tajikistan’s first commercial bank specialising in microcredit, the FMFB-T laid its foundation in the microfinance sector and gradually expanded its services to address the diverse financial needs of both individuals and businesses.

This journey has led the bank to recently rename itself as Investment and Credit Bank (ICB).
