It was an exciting afternoon for vdk bank, as they proudly received the Bank Award for Best Branch Network. 

This recognition highlights their dedication to customer focus and the exceptional expertise of their staff, with customer satisfaction soaring from 77% to an incredible 93%.

But the recognition didn’t stop there. They were second place for Overall Bank Award and Digital Banking Award, and third place for Savings Bank Award. Their digital services scored high marks too, with ease-of-use ratings climbing from 70% to 90%!
