Amsterdam, June 18, 2025 – Triodos Bank achieved a significant milestone today as its Depository Receipts began trading on Euronext Amsterdam, marking a new chapter for the mission-driven financial institution.

The listing ceremony commenced at 09:00 CEST with CEO Marcel Zuidam sounding the traditional opening gong, accompanied by Executive and Supervisory Board members, SAAT representatives, and five customers representing the bank's core transition themes: energy, food, resource, societal, and wellbeing.

The listing is designed to enhance tradability and accessibility of the Depository Receipts for existing and new investors, without issuing new shares or raising additional capital.
