Credit Human Receives Green Building Certification

Credit Human has successfully achieved the BOMA 360 Performance Program designation, a green certification for individual building operations by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the worldwide portfolio-level standard for environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmarking for real estate.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluated our headquarters building, located at 1703 Broadway in San Antonio, TX, against industry best practices in several areas of building operations, including building management, life safety risk management and security, training and education, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, tenant relations and community involvement. 

This award recognises Credit Human's commitment to environmental and social sustainability as essential to building and supporting resilient communities.
