Unity Trust Bank recognised as an ‘Outstanding Employer’ by Best Companies

Unity Trust Bank has been awarded a Two-Star Accreditation by Best Companies, recognising Outstanding levels of employee engagement. The rating follows the bank’s strong performance in the respected Best Companies employee survey, where more than 90% of colleagues shared anonymous feedback on culture, leadership, wellbeing, and development.
Unity improved or maintained scores in seven of eight categories, earning places in the National, Regional and Sector Best Companies to Work For lists. The bank ranked 5th in Financial Services, 12th in the West Midlands, and 17th among the UK’s Best Large Companies.
